Stainless steel is an essential material in the food & beverage industry as it helps to ensure the safety, hygiene, durability and efficiency of production equipment and facilities.
The particular challenge of this project was the conversion of the machine, which had previously been manufactured in black plate, into the stainless steel version. The Hubl Edelstahltechnik project team designed the new system in such a way that the customer's technical requirements were optimised in terms of production. The close cooperation between the customer and Hubl Edelstahltechnik resulted in a machine of the latest generation, which can be used for a long time with a stable value and fulfils all requirements for the hygienic and germ-free packaging of food.
Functionality and design complement each other in this scale made entirely of stainless steel. The perfect finish is a specialty of Hubl Edelstahltechnik. Rounded edges in the handling area and the absolutely burr-free finish of the assembly ensure that no residues or germs can accumulate.
