Semiconductor - Expertise in stainless steel
The semiconductor industry is crucial for the production of semiconductors, which are used in computers, smartphones, consumer electronics, industrial applications, automotive technology, communication technology and many other everyday devices. It promotes innovation, drives digitalization and is an important economic sector with global significance. Stainless steel in the semiconductor industry is of great importance for the manufacture of equipment and components required for the production of semiconductors due to its chemical resistance, purity, mechanical properties and other characteristics.
The frame and panelling of this system were designed in a development project in a team between Hubl Edelstahltechnik and the client to meet the customer's requirements. State-of-the-art sheet metal technology was used to realise the quality requirements with regard to the design and the polished and brushed stainless steel surfaces. Another requirement was the labelling using laser engraving and screen printing.
